Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the FounderOS Framer template ("the Template"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Template.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Buyer") and Wabtist Studio ("the Seller"). Your purchase acts as acceptance of these terms in full.

License & Usage
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Template for your own projects.
Personal & client use is allowed. You may use this template to build websites for yourself or for clients. Each client project counts as one permitted use under this license.
Use the template for unlimited personal projects
Modify, customise, and adapt the template freely
Remove or replace placeholder content, branding, and copy
Deploy live websites built from the template

What's Included
Your purchase includes the following deliverables:
Full Framer template with all pages (Product, Open Metrics, Roadmap, Changelog, Founder, Newsletter, Terms & Privacy)
Framer CMS configuration for all dynamic content sections
Access to all future updates to the template at no additional cost

Intellectual Property
The Template, including all design assets, code, layouts, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Wabtist Studio. Your purchase grants a license to use the Template, not ownership of it.
All placeholder content (copy, images, fictional company names, fictional metrics) included in the template is provided for demonstration purposes only. You are responsible for replacing all placeholder content with your own before publishing.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wabtist Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Template.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Template. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability

Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Template following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
For significant changes, we will notify existing buyers via the email address used at purchase. We recommend checking this page periodically.
